Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic direction and tactical execution of Sales Operations team;
  • Be the expert in Sales Operations team for all current and new Sales/CRM tools (Example - Salesforce) to maximise their use for end to end Sales process, and its effective impact across all internal stakeholders across the organisation;
  • Lead deployment of chosen Sales/CRM tools and manage ongoing administration including user management, data management, application setup, customisation, reports and dashboards proactively and on ad-hoc basis.
  • Lead Sales Operations team to create ‘best in class’ practices to realise data-driven decision making, and best industry practices such as AI and other predictive methodologies;
  • Lead tools training efforts of Sales organization and other internal teams, manage the onboarding process of new Sales employees and partners;
  • Implement strategic territory planning and forecasting;
  • Systematically relieve bottlenecks in sales process and related operations;
  • Be self-starter, flexible to wear many functions inside Sales organization as needed, work with cross functional business partners to solve company problems;

Qualifications:

  • Numerically strong with good analytical skills and great business acumen;
  • Excellent organizational, team leadership/coaching and communication skills;
  • Strong focus on quality/attention to detail and customer service;
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables & priorities, handle highly confidential information, and self-start;
  • High skill level in Excel and Power Point are required;
  • Advanced user skills with at least one of Sugar, MS Dynamics or Salesforce.com;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Passionate about sales and finding creative ways to make sales operations more productive;
  • Relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented;
