HitBTC is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. As a Legal Counsel, you will monitor the relevant legal aspects of our business and provide strategic advice to the management.

Description:

• Oversee internal and external legal policies;

• Advise the management on relevant legal aspects of the business;

• Develop legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, agreements;

• Secure the company’s trademarks and other objects of intellectual property;

• Collaborate with external consultancy to provide a balanced expertise on legal context.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience working as a Legal Counsel for financial organisations, including international VC firms;

• A proven track record of efficient legal strategies;

• A degree in Law from a recognised university;

• Perfect understanding of finance and technology sectors;

• Experience in cooperation with a Top 4 consulting firm will be an advantage.
