Principal duties:

·      business and asset structuring project support;

·      product structuring (fund raising, depositary products, payment infrastructure, digital assets, digital money, financial derivatives, loans);

·      preparation of product documents (customer agreement, public rules, terms & conditions, consents, etc.);

·      preparation of documents related to AML, KYC, and personal data;

·      analysis and preparation of contracts and other documents (IT services, intellectual property, works, subcontract, etc.) in order to protect company interests and avoid tax risks.

Requirements:

·      sufficient knowledge of civil and tax laws;

·      knowledge of financial market and (banking, depositary, brokerage) services;

·      knowledge of digital assets and digital money is desirable;

·      5-year experience in financial product and service support (experience in investment and banking product support is desirable);

·      higher legal education;

·      ability to work with large amount of information, willingness to travel;

·      literate speech and writing, social skills, client and development oriented behavior.
