We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team who can support and assist our financial department with day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. You will be responsible for invoicing, updating our system with financial data, processing accounts payable, as well as, accounts receivable. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who have exceptional organising skills and working accuracy, are very strong with numbers and have experience in the financial field. Native level in German, as well as, strong verbal and written English skills are required.
Responsibilities

Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process incoming invoices and input data correctly into our accounting system

Issue invoices to our costumers

Support the preparation of financial statements

Provide our tax accountant and finance department with necessary financial documents

Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Experience Requirements

Experience or proven work in bookkeeping

Minimum finished Business Apprenticeship or similar apprenticeship with proven relations to business/ finance/ accounting/ bookkeeping

Experience with DateV or similar accounting system
- Knowledge of Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency industry (bonus)
